To evaluate the benefits of laparoscopic procedures for pancreatic psudocyst over open surgery based on these parameters:

a. Selection of patient

b. Time and technique of surgery

c. Postoperative pain and use of analgesics

d. Recovery and hospital stay

e. Complications

f. Quality of life

g. Cost effectiveness
